Aero matched upper lower. Cheap LPK. Rock river 2stage match trigger. Larue grip. http://www.bearcreekarsenal.com/barrels Your style and length of choice. Then hunt classifieds or eBay for your stock and handguard of quality with money you got left.

I got a .277 Wolverine (18" Barrel), 450 pc. brass, 450 bullets, and flash hider for 300.00. Couldn't pass on that deal.

Built my 300bo for less than $650 minus tax stamp and optics. Radical firearms upper, new frontier lower, stag lpk. Great rifle for the price and don't care if it gets beat up on the truck

I would buy a Noveske Gen 3 upper and lower set and save to finish the build.

I'd start with an Anderson lower at primary arms for 49.99.

then look at the PSA freedom lower kit for 99.99

Leaves you with $500 for the parts that matter.

What rail is that? Looks like a Noveske NSR. You either found a smoking deal or is it a knock off?

Knock off. My buddy wanted a budget rifle but still wanted quality in certain areas.

What were the specs of the rifle?

                      I sell suppressors.

I have a couple of Gen 2 and 1 Gen 3. They are the nicest receivers I've used.
