    Sbr

For those of you that have a SBR in .223/5.56, what barrel length do you like or dislike.

Gun will be running suppressed and shots will be inside of 200 yds

No shorter than 10.5". Most suppressor Manufacturer's will not warranty their cans on shorter than 10.5.

I have a Colt 6933 "commando" that is 11.5" that shoots very well.

I'm waiting on a stamp for a 10.5" 300 BO, may as well build another 10.5" in 5.56.

What kind of groups can you shoot with it?

What length rail are you running.

It is a 9" BCM rail with a noveske barrel. It shoots a minute or less at 100 yards with 60 grain vmax hand loads.

I just changed the handguard about 2 weeks ago. This is what it looked like with the Fortis rail...which I will probably sell

I really like my 11.5 carbine length. I've got an h2 buffer in it.

BCM has an article floating out there somewhere about why 11.5. my experience with it has been positive.

I've got a 10.3" Daniel Defense MK18 upper and it shoots tiny holes! The scope in the pic is not on it anymore... Just sold a Bushnell AR 223 4.5-18x40 that was on it. Going to be adding an older Zeiss Conquest or a Leupold here in the next couple months... My 300black out 8.5" barreled SBR is my current go to...

I haven't slapped a scope on the other 10.5" soon to be SBR yet to see how it shoots...

I think 12.5 is ideal for a combo hunting / defense upper...
