SBR Question

I'm looking at sending in the paperwork for another SBR, this time in 300BO
The receiver I'm using says 5.56 mm, what do I put on the app?
It is my understanding that once the stamp is issued for the lower I can put whatever upper I want as long as I can change it back to what cal the stamp was issued for.

This, and do not put MULTI on it, which blows my mind as it's in the drop-down list. I made that mistake and was disapproved, luckily they approved it on the second go-around in a day.
