AR carry handle scope/halo mount. Suggestions?

Hey folks, I have an AR15 carbine with carry handle. Any suggestions on scope mount, optics 4x, or holographic setup? Appreciate it....Pat

I take it the carry handle is permanent? If it is, I'd suggest buying an A3 upper. They can be had for about $60. Then put an MTAC on top.

It's a permanent mount.

You can get a mount for about $10 to go in the handle, but I'll warn you, there's no cheek weld.
