I just received approvals today on two different Form 1's. They were efiled on 12/28 and 12/29. Both were approved today.

I really hadnt planned on it. I try not to even think about it, I just want to be surprised when my dealer calls and says its ready.

If you call the number ATF gives, the message basically says if it hasn't been 5 months yet, then call back after it has been 5 months. At least that was what it said a couple months ago when I checked the status of my 1rst Omega.

Trust form-4's have gone back and forth this year. My Harvester took right at 4 months when it was approved last October. My Omega that I got this Feb took right at 5 months, as did 3 more that a friend got approved in Feb as well. I have Spectre II that is still out right now that was submitted early Novemeber, I am thinking it should be approved here pretty soon. It is sitting about 135 days right now, and it appears that momentarily at least, times are shortening up a bit.

My second Omega that I submitted in Jan, now that is a different story. I fully expect as soon as they get into Jan/Feb submit dates, times are going to start stretching waaayyyy out. I am hoping to have it sometime in the fall. The amount of forms that have been submitted since 41F is outrageous. I will probably submit another one or two before the deadline too.

This is great news! I'm waiting on 2 form 1's submitted 12/19 so hopefully were getting close...
