I'm finally on the phone with them after 25 minute hold. This is the first time this week I have gotten anything more than a busy signal. I'm being nice, not the fault of the folks in customer service I'm guessing.
Got the tracking info for the other part of my 8/4 order, the BCG, that says it will be here tomorrow. They did respond to my email and a post in the industry forum on ARFCOM. Oh well, guess their new computer system did take a dump on 'em.
