I spent $250 for a Ruger 10-22 and another $250 trying to make it shoot like the CZ 452 that I thought I could not afford. Wish I had just spent the $450 on a good .22 to begin with.

Lives depend on mine. I have to break out at least twice a month usually. Haven't had to fire it, but if I do, it needs to shoot true and reliably every time, no questions asked. Everything I've bought for it that isn't too increase accuracy or reliability has been to reduce weight. Standoffs can take a few hours, and ounces quickly turn into pounds.

What ever my Weatherby cost when it comes in. I have always wanted a mark 5.

There are 2 or 3 truck loads of guns worth 1.5 or better out there.

The gun that shot Kennedy - George Wallace - Martin Luther King..

Lots of pricey guns out there......................

I got my AR during the craze, so it "cost me" the most.
                  ($800 out of pocket)
                  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                  Traded a Rem 700 in 30.06 that I paid $500 for
And a Wetherby Vanguard in .223 that I gave $300 for
And a beat to hell Mossberg 500A in 12 ga. That was free to me.

So while it didn't cost me but $800 out of pocket, I guess it cost me the most as far as the negative count in my collection.
But I never regretted the trade. Still have my AR and love it.

Just joking around. Life insurance policy that she has on me that she would cash in if she knew what I spent on a couple of them (submitted 6 form 1's and 2 form 4's since the beginning of December).

My POF .308 is a 2 stamp gun and probably have $5k in it. I guess I'm a quantity over price guy on my guns.

I think I got this one for $89.99 at Oshman's when I was 14 or so. Probably the most accurate rifle I've ever owned. Dime buster out to 40 yds, fo real!

Still have it? I found a John Rigsby in 505 Gibs a few years ago I fell in love with. It was $28K used. [emoji33]
