Looking to have a Custom M&P built( Slide milling, trigger work, stippling, cerakote and sights) My question here is does anyone know of any gunsmiths here in Texas that do good work. All help is greatly appreciated.

The trigger work can all be done by you, quite easily with an Apex kit, and those metal triggers they make are awesome.Comment

The only tricked out slides (Mil work) I have seen are from Salient Arms (not in Texas.) For what's it worth, I have shot Wilson combat, KKM and lone wolf barrels through mine with no big differences from the factory barrel. Although the Wilson would not shoot 115's very well.

I'm about to change the sights out on my shield to the Truglo TFOs today, I've already added the Talon adhesive rubberized grips and they are awesome! Thinking about the apex trigger kit but I wanna put a few hundred more rounds through it before I make that decision. Let us know if you find a good ..smith and how it goes!Comment

Try R&M in El Campo they can do some of the work for sure. But they may have to send it off for some of the work.
They have done some 1911 for me and it was outstanding.Comment
