value on Mark V accumark

Was wondering what you guys thought fair market value would be on a gun that I'm going to sell. It's a Weatherby Mark V Accumark 300 weatherby caliber. Has talley lightweights that will go with it, about 60 rounds through it.

Want to put the funds towards a custom build. Let me know what you guys think. It's in excellent condition and has only been on one hunting trip.

I bought it for a nilgai hunt 4 years ago and that's the only hunt I took it on. Bought it from Cabela's, have the receipt, manual and it's in excellent condition. I don't have any pics right now but I can get some.
