I purchased a M5E1 Upper received hand gaurd combo from them back at the end of November. It arrived like a week later. When I assembled it, it caused my index pin to snap because the cut out for it was to large. So I called aero and sent it back. The guy (Robert) made everything sound good. Like they would send me a new one as soon as they got mine back. Well after I sent I back I made several attempts to contact them and called 3 Monday's in a row and each Monday they told me it would ship out that week. And they never responded to my emails asking if it had shipped. I even called and left a voicemail for the manager. He never called back. Well anyways, this last Monday (1/4) Robert emailed me saying it had shipped. And that they had replaced the whole thing and that he was sorry for the delay. Well I sent him an email back asking if he could verify that they sent the right part. Of course he never responded. Well today the upper came in... Guess what... It's the same upper I sent them, only in worse shape... They didn't bother to tape the bubble wrap onto the pieces when they through them in the box. So all the parts ended up in the bottom of the box marred up and beat up. Oh, and the screws that attatch the hand guard to the upper receiver... GONE! Needless to say I'm beyond mad. I don't know what to do... I was hoping to shoot a deer with my new .308 this year. But I know that's not gonna happen. Either way, Ive been screwed. Don't do business with them or you could be like me...

How did you pay for it, credit card? If CC then contest the charges.

On the other side of the coin Anderson is a great company to deal with, bought upper and barrel from them. Daniel Defense is AWESOME...they've sent me replacement parts without hesitation and they are there within a week. I've bought an aero lower, but not directly from them, so I haven't had to deal with them. I probably wasn't going to buy their upper or parts anyway. DD is by far one of the best customer service companies I've ever dealt with.

I paid through my bank debit card (RBFCU) I think I may give them a call tomorrow if aero can't do some serious pleasing tomorrow morning.

Tell them that you don't want a replacement, a refund would be best since they can't seem to conduct business correctly.

Well, Brian the Marketing Director responded to my post on Reddit.com/AR-10. I told him that i wanted him to overnight me a brand new one like I originally ordered TODAY. Also, that I would send mine back to him today as soon as I get the return label. We'll see what he says. If he can't I'm gonna be giving RBFCU a call.
