"This was an unnamed spherical rifle propellant when the late Bruce Hodgdon first used it. When a 38.0 grain charge behind a 52 grain bullet gave one hole groups from his 22 caliber wildcat (now called the 22-250), he appropriately named the powder H380. "

Both Hodgdon and Alliant put data on their websites. You might start there.

Agreed but as usually happens, everywhere you go will list a different "accuracy" load as well as a different "hunting" load. sometimes helps to get real world opinions from people that may have used the same combination of components.
I don't shoot a 22-250 but a very close cousin, the 220 Swift. If you are open to recommendations on bullets, I have my Swift set up with Sierra 55 gr HPBT (item 1390 from Sierra). They are fur friendly on coyotes and I am shooting mine about 3875 fps.
If you are not settled yet on a bullet, check it out and see what recipes you can find from Sierra, Hodgdon etc.
guns a 1:14 twist so i'm limited to about 60grs and under. i'll do some research on the Sierra but i already have 200 of the berger 52gr varmint bullets (FBHP) and 100 of the 50gr V-max. expecting 100 60gr berger varmint (FBHP) tomorrow.
