    Process to build SBR

I need some help from the green screen.

I already have a trust. I own suppressors.

I am buying a lower receiver tomorrow to build an sbr in 300 blackout.

What exactly is the process to complete this? I bought my cans from silencer shop so they did all the work for me lol.

Can someone give me the step by step to efile the form 1??

It is very specific. Several guides on YouTube and ar15 dot com. Too much for me to type out. I followed these and my form one was approved

If you had bought your trust through a good lawyer, he would walk you through this process.

If not, google is your friend and there's no need for us to reinvent the wheel for you. Basic steps below (though lots left out):

Register an account on www.atfonline.gov/EForms/. Enter your trust name and the serial number of your lower. Enter the overall length of your planned SBR with the stock as long as it gets. Dot all I's and cross all T's. Pay $200 with debit card.

There was a walk through on ar15.com that I read a few times. It was one of the best out there. If you search for it, it will be worth the time to read. Helped me tremendously with the e file process. Mine took just a few months to be approved.

I recently e-filed a lower based on info from a YouTube video. Super easy to do. Took almost exactly 3 months.

My advice would be hurry, NFA 41p should be finished up in January. If it goes through as planned it will require even people with a trust to get fingerprinted, pictured, and chief LEO signature. If you turn in before it goes through you will be grandfathered in.

Yeah, crappy deal. I was going to be turning one in but had a bunch of expenses pop up. Unfortunately I live in a city and a county that the CLEO's don't sign off on them.

So how do you guess the finished product length if you aren't allowed to put it together until the trust is approved ?

I don't believe the chief LEO signature will be required for the trust. Everything else will be though.
