I renewed on 11/17 and received it 12/22.

Finally Talked to someone. 45 days for renewal not including the holidays.
Never knew how much this bothers me. I need to carry a gun!

Crazy it took 13 days for me to get my CHL 4 years ago. I figured this online process would speed that up.

Its good for 4 years first.

Yep. Mine expires my birthday this year. I just looked. So I need to order another a month early to be sure sounds like.
