    Ruger M77 value

I have a early 90's Ruger M77 SS 7.62x39mm with the boat paddle, wood inlayed stock. Ive seen them priced from $350 to $1500............

I understand they are only worth what someone is willing pay, but where can I look to get a fair starting price

$350 is crazy low for that gun. Don't think you can get a new one with the skeleton stock so that alone makes it worth more. Someone sold the same model in 22 mag on here a while back for around $900.

The only thing hurting yours is the chambering, in my honest opinion. I love the wood inlay.

That 22 magnum on the other hand, is more valuable due to it's chambering.

I have a couple of the later models in 30.06 and 7mm Rem Mag without the wood inlay that I never use, but I hesitate to let them go because they are unique and the toughest built rifles your ever likely to see. They don't call them All Weather for nothing. I am more of a Remington man by nature, but I like these Rugers a lot!

List in on gunbroker and I assure you that it will bring over 1k. I personally have two of them in the same caliber and many others with same synthetic stock in various other calibers. One with wood inlay in orginal box and one with without wood.
Wouldn't take less than 1200 for either.
260, 7mm-08, and 7.62x39 are highly sought after for the zytel/paddle collectors.

          WOW

Thats part of the reason I tossed up my question. Unfortunatley we have a firewall at work that prevents visits to such sites
