To the OP, I have found the Lee classic turret press to by one of the most versatile and cost efficient presses around. Good luck in your search

Well yeah, but I don't know that I would call it "precision."

If you want to buy, and not replace much in the kit, you may consider the Redding Big Boss 2 kit.

Reloading equipment for rifles, handguns, pistols, revolvers, custom dies, bullet casting equipment, powder measuring and weighing equipment, bullet seating dies

I have added some goodies from Inline Fabrication to make using my press a little nicer. Ergo roller handle, case ejector and a 9" riser stand. I also put together a LED light that is inside the "O" of the press, the extra light is nice.

Add a thrower (I have the 3BR) and you're off to reloading in quantity. http://www.redding-reloading.com/ind...powder-measure

The RCBS measure is very good as well, my buddy has one, and it works great. Never used a Harrels, Lee, or a Dillon, so no feedback on them.

When I was a kid, my grandpa did every load by hand, use a small dipper into a pan on a balance beam scale, and a trickler. That was how I initially learned.

I have bought dies from Lee, RCBS, Hornady and Redding. I get the best loads (and the least runout) with the Redding dies. They are all I buy for rifle anymore.

Thanks guys, I am still reading and watching videos, now my problem is I have info over load. So I am thinking I might as well get dies for the 223 as well as 40 and the 9. Here we go again.....

FWIW all 3 of these calibers are almost a cheap to buy in bulk now as the reloading components cost. Add the cost of the reloading equipment and it will take several thousand rounds to break even.
Of course if you like the fun of reloading your own like I do then go for it. One can never have too much ammo
I have a Hornady Auto Progressive press for smaller stuff up to 25-06 etc and also an RCBS magnum for the big loudenboomers like the RUMs and Weatherbys etc.
