AR-15 Build

Alright guys I'm a rookie in regards to AR's but would like to build one. So with a $1500 budget for just the gun what are the best components to go with?

Gun will eventually be suppressed and main use will be predator hunting.

Magpul? Spikes? Should be able to do a nice one for 1500
