    Radical Firearms

    I ordered an upper from Radical Firearms after a couple of you guys showed them to me. I have not even received the order yet but am already impressed.

    I wasn’t paying attention to the order and order a 16” upper instead of the 10.5” that I wanted. I guess I saw 10” rail and thought sure...
    4 days later I emailed them about my mistake, ready to accept my 16” upper mistake but I got a reply in about 3-4 hours that said not a problem we switched it for you.

    If their products are as good as their customer service I will be a long time customer.

    Just checked out their site after I saw your post. They have some good looking stuff at reasonable prices

      I have one of their base models in 300 BLK it has performed flawlessly. I have about 500 rds through it. I also have a .223 Wylde upper from them. Slowly building that rifle so no rounds through it but the fit and finish is awesome. If your ever goin through Stafford stop in their shop they have some pretty sweet stuff.

          I have the 300 pistol .. Ran 2 full clips no problem ..
          Quality parts but made here in Tx

            I'm waiting on a 16" upper from them as well. Hoping to get it in the next few weeks. Will be ordering a 8.5" from them as well if I like this one.

              My cousin went to their store over the Thanksgiving weekend because their website said they would be open. He got there sign on door said closed. He knocked someone answered and said we are closed. He showed them the info on their website that said they were open...and...the guy there let him in to buy what ever he wanted. Not only did he let him in...Gave him some tremendous deals on various AR parts.
              This is the kind of story I love to hear about customer service in the gun world
              One of the partners there is a LEO I was told.
              Radical has gotten my business in the past and will continue to do so.

                I do believe that at least one of the owners is LEO, that is quality customer service!

                I’m ready for the next 3 weeks to go by fast so my upper comes and I can order more from them

                      My 10.5" 300 blackout has been great so far. Haven't put a ton of rounds through it, but so far so good.
