I bought a Cat Dozer D4C to clear cedars on my land. Got about 10 acres done and I noticed what looked to be hydraulic oil leaking from the back of the blade on a welding bead. Why in the world would it be leaking from the back of the blade? When I try to use the lever that would swing the blade left it works perfectly but if I swing it right, it moves very very slow. To me I've lost hydraulic pressure?
I checked all hoses and found no leaks or breaks. I'm completely baffled by that small leak of something on the back side of the blade (right side) half the way down.
Blown seals in the cylinder that moves the blade left or right?
