Help me out, looking for a low recoil 20 gauge load

I recently bought my 7 year old a Mossberg mini shotgun and am wanting some low recoil loads. These will be for turkey hunting. Any suggestions?

No such animal exists especially for turkey and in 20ga.

      Get a recoil pad.

I second this. I recently got my 8 year old a slip on recoil pad for his .243. The cheap ones are junk. The top two were made by Sims and Pachmyr. They were $29.99 and $34.99. Couldn't tell much of a difference so bought Pachmyr. It reduced felt recoil a ton! My son was a little shy after the first time shooting without it. After slipping it on he shot a box at the range no problem

My boy shoots the Mossberg mini and I started him on fiocchi trainer loads. Super low recoil and he had no problems shooting 2-3 boxes at skeet when he was 6. He shot rabbits, squirrels, and coons with his at close ranges, but they are certainly underpowered for turkey.
