From what I can tell from this thread... it was all about submission date. If you submitted prior March 2020.. it was the normal 10 months to 14 months. Anyone submitting after March is seeing 6 to 7 months. No idea why.

Late Feb. But, this is correct based on everything I have been following. In the last 2.5 months, there have been 5 reported 2019 approvals.
