    Ramshot TAC

Just ordered a lb, could not find AA2300. Never used TAC. Any pointers, loads?

Ramshot online load data. I like the way their powders meter. Everything I have loaded with medium heavy loads has done well.

Meters extremely well. I use it for 223 hunting loads and will be working on 30-30 loads with it when I get back home from the road.

TAC is preferred by many competitive AR shooters. It's all I use for my 223 loads.

TAC is all I use for .223. 23.9 gr for a 55 gr v-maxx works best thru my Rem R-15 18" barrel. Wonderful powder and burns very clean. Wish I could use it for 300blk. I use Lil gun for that.

I've gone as high as 24.7 gr TAC but the results were basically the same so I dropped back to 23.9 gr to save on power and have great luck.

                Ramshot TAC

Ok, just getting around to loading the test loads. One question.

Ramshot lists two different red line loads. One at 23.3 or something grains for .223 and one at 24.4or something for .556. My AR is chambered in .556. Can I load to .556 pressures using .223 brass or will only military .556 brass work at the .556 pressures?

                Thanks for all the help.

                Wes
