7mag grouping problems! Help

Aight here's the update for you guys following along.... Looks like I'm gonna need more help, but in a different area...
So turns out the Vortex scope was bad. My gunsmith slapped his nightforce on there and could make every round touch.
I sent the scope back to vortex, they fixed it and now it's back on my 7mm. I found a new Hornady round that shoots great, Unsuppresed...
No matter what bullets I use I can't seem to get a round to work in this set up with the silencer on. The lightweight/sporter barrel just cant seem to handle the whip. My rounds move consistently up and down. They don't move left or right but string up and down.
Sooo NOW, I think I'm going to re barrel this thing. Yes, all because I want to shoot suppressed, I know, I know...
So I'm pretty dead set on a 24" varmint barrel, but that's about it. This will primarily be a big game hunting rifle so I assume I should go with a 1:10 twist for bigger grain bullets!? Also, any suggestions on who to use or buy from? Or send my action for them to rebarrel!?

your barrel
send your action to Chris at PacNor and let them install a select match grade barrel .
Call and discuss your project , bullets, intentions and they will take care of you
just my opinion, get rid of that stock as it does nothing to improve accuracy , if anything it decreases accuracy

Thanks for the info!
Yea, I actually took the Choate stock off after I got my scope back and put the factory stock back on, actually held tighter groups. I was shocked, but it made since due to so much whipping going on that the factory stock actually keeps it from whipping by having a part touch the barrel...
After I get the barrel I need I will pick up a better stock too. One more for hunting, that Choate is 6lbs by itself

find a used $200 HS stock and have it skim bedded into your new barreled action
I would go with a 24" Sendero contour ... problem is your barrel with can will be loooooong
