Gun Value?

So I have a 1972 Winchester Model 70 Deluxe. What is the round about value of this rifle? It's in great working order, and shoots lights out. It does have a few small bumps and bruises on the butt of the stock, but other than that, it's pretty clean. It is chambered in 243. It also has the iron sights, which I have removed.

I've looked around a little on gun broker, but couldn't find much.

Don't know if it is a good value or not, but I know where a 1978 Winchester M70 Deluxe in a .270 with a Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x40 on it for $525.00. About the same type of condition you are stating. I have almost bought the rifle a few times.
