Yep, buy a bigger safe than you think you need. No wait, scratch that. A MUCH bigger safe than you think you need. Finally got my stuff from my parents house today after moving, and my Liberty Fatboy 64 filled up quick! I still have a row or two, but I have room for the kids to get maybe another one or two each then we'll be in the market for Fatboy #2. I may try those Velcro sticks that hang from the roof, but any closer, and my toys will be clanging into one another.

Yeah, I used to think that way, but as I get older, one safe for my guns and another for ammo seems to be enough........ Well, a couple guns in the truck, half a dozen easily replaced in the gun cabinet, 3/4 hidden in various places throughout the house............DAMMITBOY !, I am THAT GUY !

I agree with getting one that you think is way too big!! I just recently bought a new one and I thought I definitely was gonna have enough room in there for everything. I learned I was wrong when I got home and it was full and I still had stuff I wanted to put in there! Lol

I heard the same thing when I bought my safe, but I take the opposite approach favoring top tier quality over quantity. I have 8 rifles, 3 shotguns, and 5 pistols that cover everything I need. Rifles are all custom builds for varmint hunting up to Moose. Auto 12, O/U 12 and 20ga. Pistols for every situation. Honestly don't think I need another gun anytime soon.
