Also have an A400 Xplor 12 ga that has the KO system. Same story, love it and wish I had more time to shoot it. Have shot less than 1,000 rounds through it but it also has been flawless so far.

FWIW - I was told by a gunsmith who has worked on a lot of nice guns not to "ever trade my Teknys for an A400. The 390 & 391 are just better made guns." He said he sees more problems with the A400. I didn't ask him to elaborate but wish I would have. I trust him and have no doubt he could back up the statement but I still wouldn't let it stop me from buying another A400 and taking my chances.

Just curious, why are you considering the KO system on a 20 ga? Cheek bruising? Hate recoil? KO system looks cool? Other?
I want there to be next to no recoil

Girly friend will be using it also so I want to make sure it's something she can shoot all day

Roger that, hate recoil as well

Reason I ask is that I've always had a problem with cheek bruising and bought the A400 12 ga w/ KO hoping that would solve it. The recoil was considerably less on my shoulder but the cheek bruising continued. Luckily I found a gunsmith who does "fittings" and guaranteed that he could correct the issue. It turned out that the standard LOP is way too short, he built a spacer for my Teknys to make it about 1 1/2" longer and that solved the problem. Have had that problem over 25 years, wish I would've known sooner but it sure is nice to finally get it resolved.

My vote is for the Xcel with KO, firmly believe you will love it.

        Beretta 391.
Had a 1100 LT 20, had a Browning Gold 20. Sold them both and bought the 391.
        ZERO recoil.

Grandkids are recoil shy and they love shooting it.

Browning a5 for semi auto gets my vote. I shoot a citori white lightning 20 for dove. Have an original auto 5 that my grandfather gave me new that my kids will use, just got a browning cynergy 12ga max 5 for ducks.

If it had a KO on it I'd be taking it

              Pretty sure the A5 doesn't come in a 20..?

I shot a Remington 1100 many years ago and absolutely loved it in 20 gauge! I currently own a Benelli and would never buy another brand of shotgun.
