Does anyone use Speer bullets. To me they seem to be the old forgotten bullet company. But been looking at there 30cal. Boat tail line online.They list a 165gr @ .52 and a 180gr. @ .54 which is higher than the 190gr. SMK and almost as good as hornady 195gr. hpbt. So wondering if anyone has used them or has other data than online to confirm or dispute this info.

I have a whole bunch of the old stuff that i bought for 5$ a box of 100 probably bought 50 boxes or more of 243, 22 and 7mm bullets. Ive loaded the .22s for 223 just to shoot up pigs with.
Other than that I shoot some of their handgun bullets and never had a complaint to me their just old technology. Usually appealing to me because you can buy them cheap and shoot pigs or punch paper with them. Thats all i really know.
