300 BLK. It shines in SBR platforms. Subsonics and a can..so dang cool. my next I think will be 6.8.

It's a disease. Very contagious. You just start to prefer not carrying super long guns around as much.

Forgot about the 458. Really need to spend more time with that one. It puts a big grin on my face - even w/o a suppressor (the others need a suppressor on them to generate the grin). I got a lot of tinkering to get done before hunting season. (Right now I am having issues with it, pretty sure it was a brass sizing issue - but I also have a case stuck in my sizing die that I need to take care of this weekend). Sizing 458 brass keeps you honest about lubing.

The 300 Blk will give you the best of both worlds especially if you ever plan to venture out and get a can. However its not cheap to feed for a range gun and ammo can be hard to find at times. If plinking is your plan its hard to beat a 7.62 x 39. The 6.8 is neat but honestly its too dang expensive for me to shoot and I can't even find brass to reload at a reasonable price. If any of you guys would like to sell me some 6.8 brass I'd throw the 6.8 barrel back onto my XCR but until then I'm sticking with the 5.56!
