Mag extension size vs +1 extension

Has anybody ordered the +1 mag extensions for the new glock 43?

I've got to have the extension for my pinky, but if it's not going to add size, I'd like to just order the +1 and get another round in the mag.

Anybody bought these yet?

I'm still waiting for my G43 pistol to show up.

I looked at the extensions from Taran Tactical. There are a few reviews on YouTube, folks seem to like them.

My concern is lengthening the hand grip more than necessary. I don't want to defeat the purpose of finally having a small pistol that I can conceal in summer with shorts and T's.

It's pretty sweet. Nice to have something other than my full size Pistols.

Has oneone tried to replace the follower with the metal follower to add another round?
