Vortex Spitfire 3x or 1x

Does anyone have Vortex Spitfire 3x or 1x prism scope? If so do you like it? Please let me know what the pros and cons are.

I have never used prism sight before. I am planning on using it for hunting coyotes out to 250 yards. Has anyone used one for hunting? Would regular scope work better?

For shooting out to 250 I would really think about getting more zoom than just a 3x
