Tapatalk isn't letting me see all of my search results. Need the skinny on an sbr. Already have a lower with a standard 16 inch upper on it. What is the easiest way to go about building one, and can i switch the uppers back and forth on the lower or does it have to stay together as a dedicated rig. I already have a trust set up. What form will I need to file and what are the current wait times?

You can put a longer barrel on an engraved sbr lower but don't put the sbr upper on another lower or you will have magically created an illegal rifle.Comment

Would it be easier to file the paperwork first then purchase the upper? If I want to put the upper together instead of purchasing will that make a difference. Putting ar's together is like Legos for grownupsComment
