It conceals very well, even with my body hugger shirts. However, it is best for the micro-guns. It made it hard to breathe with the weight of my 9 mm tucked there because it pushed on my diaphragm. The little 380s- KelTec, Ruger LCP- would probably work fine, but they aren't a gun I want to carry.
