pistol questions

I was in a Pawn Shop yesterday and saw a Tri Star T120 9mm. I have never heard of it. I thought the price wasn't too bad but wanted to know more about the gun. Anyone have one? or know anything about them?

Also found a Kimber Pro Carry II 45 cal. You can tell it had been holstered a bit but still nice. What would something like that be worth?

I am wanting to buy a pistol just don't know much about them.

my dad had a Tri-Star 45. shot decent, wasn't the smoothest shooter. but like you said for the price, it was alright. that price being 350-400

You can pick up a tri star pistol at gunshows in the houston area in the 300-350 range new. I dont know anything about them though

tri-stars are dang good i.ve got a t100 9mm best pistol i've ever shot. There clones of the cz there made by canik a Turkey miltary contractor

Yep or an M&P if you don't like the feel if a Glock.

Kimber charges too much for what you get. I don't know anything about the pistol you ask about but there are too many well known pistols to compromise.

I have a TriStar C100 I bought from Academy. Best pistol I've owned and I've had a bunch. I did some cheap easy mods and made it an even better shooter.

Ah the CZ-75 clones. Generally speaking, if I were going to buy a CZ clone, it'd be the Baby Eagle (unfortunately bad safeties, a Sphinx (better than a CZ, but far more expensive), or a Canik Shark (probably best for what you want).

Or you could just buy the original....(personally I got a CZ 75 shadow, and can't find a better 9mm, anywhere).
