Are AR15 and LR 308 triggers the same?

I've got an almost complete LR308 lower heading my way on a recent trade but it's without a trigger. Can I buy any AR15 trigger (DPMS compatible) or do I need to stick with something specific?

Also, does anyone have one laying around they'd like to part with?
