My 1911 addiction has started, Gun #2

After picking up and firing my first 1911 last week, I picked up a Walther Colt .22 lr rail gun in FDE for $299 plus tax plus $14.75 shipping from CDNN.

I guess I just live under a rock, but that is first .22 I've seen in a 1911 platform. I really want one now! Awesome looking pistol.

I've got the same gun but the milspec version and I love it!! Especially shooting it suppressed. Be prepared to burn up some ammo it's a fun gun.

I got that same gun a few months ago. I love it. I plan on getting a suppressor next year for it.

Thanks for the compliments. I will probably build a custom display old wood display case to display in the living room.

I will be getting a 70 series original colt and possibly a Kimber. Planning to have 4 or 5 in my collection.

Funny thing thing is I really enjoy the Rock Island I got. Looking forward to the others.

Check out Dan Wesson 1911's. Really quality guns.

That will be the top diamond of my 1911 collection.

Unless I find an original 1911 from the early 1900's
