Remington Hypersonic ammo

I saw some of the 270 140 gr Remington Hypersonic ammo at Academy earlier. It wasn't cheap but claimed 200 fps improvement over standard ammo. Anyone have experience with the ammo?

My sister went on a Nilgai hunt last week. She didn't have a rifle to use so I let her borrow my Browning 7mag. The only ammo I had on hand was a little small and shot like crapola. Was looking for 170-175 gr and EVERYBODY was sold out. Settled on the Rem hypersonic 160grs. They shot a lot better than the other stuff I had and the Nilgai cow she shot only went 10 yds!
Can't say if it was any faster than the other off the shelf ammo but it did shoot a better group than 3 other different boxes.

Maybe Remington got it as right with Hypersonic as Hornady got it wrong with Superformance !

No experience with it, but they were on sale at my local academy a few weeks ago for $25 a box, down from the usual $50ish. So I bought 2 boxes, but have yet to shoot any.
