Working Up load for Savage 10P

I had my Savage 10P threaded for my suppressor so I had to start all over with my hunting load. Loaded three different charges same OAL with 165 Sierra hpbt GK's over Varget. All three were decent but the 45 grain load grouped the best. Had a decent 5 shot 100 yard group going till I got cocky and pulled the fifth shot.

Not too bad for an ugly ol Savage

Those ugly ole Savages are some of the most accurate rifles I own !

Measuring to the ogive the length is 2.203 and that's .002 off the lands in my rifle.
