Can you walk in and buy or do you just purchase online and pick up only ?

Yes... You can even buy stuff online and pick it up in the store. But when you walk in to buy, they use a computer and your making your purchase online within the store.

Ok I was going to buy 2 lowers other than taxes they don't charge extra like ffl charges .

I walked in and bought a pistol and there was no FFL fee. Kinda like buying from Academy/Bass Pro etc....no FFL fee (unless it's added to the gun price)

The lobby is small and can be very crowded.

If your going there to look at some of their merchandise you will be dissapointed. Very small showroom, mostly an online retailer. I do believe the rest of the place (that you don't have access to) is warehouse. So the merchandise is there if you want to buy it. They stay pretty busy picking orders and loading trucks.

Very good guys to deal with, no FFl fee, if you just ask the will gladly show you anything they have in the back. Top notch customer service an they know what they are talking bout unlike most kids that work at academy, bps, gander or cabelas

If you are going for their optics it looks like they are all out in the showroom area on display. They are mounted to dummy guns.

Got 2 stripped stripped lowers the guys working there were very helpful . And yes they were busy but still took the time to answer questions .
