Adding a red dot to a glock

The hard part is finding them (G40 MOS) in stock and at a decent price. I've been trying to get some in but no luck yet.

What route did you take?

It's the burris fast fire 3 with their mount that fits in place of the back sight.

I had a carver hunter mount and it worked great. SJC also makes mounts.

Getting your slide milled is the only way to go.

That backplate option and the other alternative that slides into the rear sight channel is just asking for trouble. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. It will fail. Not to mention how you lose your irons.

I can't say it won't fail but I have over 10,000 rounds with mine with no problems.
