I just don't get it, SBRs shouldn't even be an NFA item. Like some criminal is going to give a shib about the NFA rules. I'm sure that if someone was going to go out and commit murder using a SBR, pistol, or whatever, what some bureaucrat at the ATF has to say about the classification of a gun is the last thing on their mind.
