I've been using an Armasight NYX-14 Gen 3 monocular on my SBR behind a Aimpoint Pro. I'd like to go a different route and get a headmount that'll work with the monocular and a IR laser. Just curious what those of y'all with experience with them recommend. Thanks

I have the Ops Core Fast Base Jump Helmet. Its light, and comfortable without breaking the bank.
If you were looking strictly for cheap, There's some peltor stuff out there that's really affordable, but not nearly as comfortable over long sits.
As for the IR Laser, those too start pretty affordable and get expensive in a hurry. Ive had good success with the Crimson Trace CMR-201ir and those can be found for 150-200. Any upgrade from that is going to jump in price at least double.

I am running a Protec A-Bravo bump helmet, GI Rhino mount, ITT PVS-14 and the LDI DBAL-I2 and an LDI OTAL.
I had to go with the Protec because of my freakishly large head.
IR laser is the only way to fly if you are going to walk around.Comment

I'm also using an ops core but would buy a team Wendy if I was getting it right now. I'm using a tnvc Pvs-14 with a lasermax micro. I like the setup.Comment
