Shot an old spanish billy goat that was wounded at 520yds

Prairie Dog a 390 yards with a 223.
Coyote, head shot at 225 yards in the dark, same 223.
Deer, 250 yards google earthed, .270.

Shot a canada goose out in a field through the head at 225 yards once. There were a few hundred geese out in a wheat field, so I told my buddy I'd shoot the one farthest to the left, through the head. Rested on the mirror of the truck, and nailed it. That one was luck, and back in the day before I was more considerate of rules.

Never had much occasion or opportunity to shoot further than that. I've got a 440 yard shot at one of my stands, but never had a reason to shoot all the way over there. There was one time that a nice buck was all the way at the end. I had him lined up, and had decided to try the shot if he stopped, but he kept moving and jumped the fence.

Longest Kill Shot?

Range finder only went out to 400. Corsican Ram was about 100 +- more up hilltop in Campwood,Tx. Remington 700 22-250 55 gr. First shot was low and second hit its mark behind shoulder and dropped.

816 yds on a doe with same gun, 1 witness and he shot 7 times with a GAP 308 and never touched it.

It was 375 on a hog but it's now 452 using 1 minute of wind from a stiff but quartering angle.
