    Schedule A question

My trust from Cole says to attach a $5 bill to the schedule A page. How do you make a copy of it for sending along with the forms to the ATF? When I try to scan a copy of the trust, the computer programs detect the currency and won't let it scan. I haven't actually sent it off before, but hoping here in the next week or so, so trying to get things worked out in time. I assume you're to just scan it, or do you just attach an actual 5 to it then send? If I have to, I'll call Cole on Monday, but since there's so many guys who used him here, figured it's worth asking. Not sure how other lawyers set it up.

Just ordered a Suppressor from Silencer Shop Last Week.

I was informed that you do not have to send the BATF a copy of your schedule A.

You just list one dollar US Federal Reserve Note (or 5 dollars or whatever). The trust isn't valid unless it owns something and will be rejected by the atf if sent in with a blank schedule a. You don't need a picture of that dollar or whatever. Just list a dollar on your schedule A and you're good to go.

Hmm. So I wonder why he doesn't just do that rather than tell you in his instructions, and on the schedule page, to attach a $5 bill...

Do you have personal experience with this? I have 2 forms in limbo at the moment.

Ok I think I get it. The schedule A lists "$5 currency" and the date beside it, so that's all it really needs. I was confused because his instructions say to attach either a $5 bill or a photo copy of, so figured it was going to have to be part of it when sent to the ATF. Thanks
