trust engraving question

My dad and I are both on my trust as being able to buy, sell, manufacture ect nfa items.
My question is on the engraving of an sbr if I build a sbr and live in city A and dad lives in city B and he builds sbr what city goes is engraved on dads lower? City B because thats where dad "manufactured" the sbr?
