Doubletap Ammo - anyone tried them out?

Have any of you tried Doubletap ammo? It is by far THE most expensive reloaded brand I have ran across. They offer a pretty good selection of 6.8 ammo but only way I would pay that much would be if I was in a major bind. First time I came across them was in the 2013 black gun craze. I thought they had just inflated their prices. Apparently not because their prices are still the same.

I have tried Doubletap Ammo and I must say that I was very impressed. I took two nilgai bulls last February with a Winchester Model 1885 High Wall single shot in 375 H&H mag. I think most people will agree that nilgai are tough critters and I knew what bullet I wanted to use and no one else had a factory load with the 270 Grain Barnes Triple-Shock X Bullet. It shot about 3/4 MOA out of the gun (Didn't have time to develop a load beforehand) at 100 yards and that was good enough for me. One nilgai made it about 60 yards and the other one about 45 yards. One thing I have found with the Doubletap Ammo is that they offer an extremely diverse projectile selection vs. some other ammo manufactures. I have found other loads that were only available from Doubletap as well. I'm not sure I would pay the higher prices for an identical cartridge/projectile pairing if I could find it for a much lower price elsewhere. With that said they are known for loading their ammo hotter than most other manufacturers of an identical cartridge/projectile pairing. They worked well for me and I will use them again if I am unable to find the combination that I am looking for.

Their velocity numbers are inflated quite a bit but it shoots decent.

          I like underwood ammo better.

I've shot 45 auto ammo from them and liked it. I ended up buying bunch from them during the scarce ammo period.

I bought some 200gr. NJHP for my 10mm. I was disappointed.

It only shows that they carry the V-Max for the 6.8... Do they typically carry a bigger selection?
