Ammo for my 308?

I have a Remigton 700 SPS varmint with the 26 inch heavy barrel and a 1 in 12 twist and I was wondering what ammo Yall would recommend. I already have a couple of boxes of Hornady 165 grain interlok BTSP. This bullets would be for hunting at 500 yards and less. Thanks

I am a huge fan of Hornady BTSP in any caliber. the 165 gr. is my go to in .300 win mag

Barnes 150gr TTSX bullets are bad to the bone. Have been real impressed with them.

My PSS LTR has the 1:12 and is one hole with cheap 165 Remington Ultra Corelock believe it or not. I can't handload any more accurately. Go figure.
