Are most the same height front to rear?

I favor the Talley one piece base / rings and just noticed that their front ring is shorter than their back. Is this normal or are they effectively giving you something similar to a 20 MOA Rail?

Someone smarter than me will answer but as I understand it no. Most rings are the same. The difference (.110/thousandths) is usually accounted for in the rail/base as rem. receivers are taller front to back. These are 0 moa.

Look at your 700 action and you'll see why they are made like that.
