    Which Detachable Mag?

What detachable mag is best for a Rem 700 build? Wyatt's, PT&G, Badger ???

If its a hunting rifle, i really like the HS system with flush mags. If its a target rifle, i would use something that incorporates the aics mags. That counts the wyatts out. PTG is probably the least expensive and is good quality. If you need inletting then CDI is hard to beat.

I bought a PT&G and a AICS magazine for my new build, and its a flawless combination...not too expensive either

Depends on weather you can do the fitting to the stock or if you are willing to ship the stock or pay a smith to clearance it. They wyatts is good for a direct bolt on but it has proprietary mags, no one makes a aftermarket that fits it that I'm aware of. Now usually I would say that's a bad thing but they are well built, reasonably priced, and I don't recall ever seeing them out of stock. PT&G makes a really good system as well. Badger I have no personal experience with but its Badger so I'm sure its good too.

Look at CDM bottom metal. Takes AI mags

I have the CDI bottom metal and am very happy with it. I beleive it is the same footprint as the badger

X2 for HS if you want a flush mag.
