    Henery .17hmr Varmint Express

Anybody have one of these? I'm considering picking one up. I love Henerys and love the .17hmr. I figured it'd be cool to have. I know it's not going to be as cheap to shoot as a .22LR would be but I'm not getting it for plinking.

    Thoughts on it?

This is the rifle the range riders of the 1800's would have loved to have had close at hand for picking off varmints or just plinking at whiskey bottles. But since the .17HMR didn't hit the market until 2002, it will be up to you to make it a legend. Our Henry Varmint Express® rifle packs

I had one and sold it to a another TBHER for his Dads bday i think.

I liked it and it shot good. But the triggers are horrible. I took it out and polished it which helped some but still bad. I didnt love it near as much as my 2 marlin 917 VSSFs and besides I couldnt thread it for a can.

Hey Ike if you need one let me know. I have 3 on the shelf in the shop if you are having problems finding them. I have the octagon barrel and the round barrel. I was trying really hard to get my hands on the silver boy but they are hard to come by
