Gonna bite the bullet and build a rifle. Looking to work out to between 800 and a grand. What rings and bases are yall using.

My rail came on my stiller. Nightforce ultralight rings.

For the rest I use larue 20 Moa rails. Rings vary but always buy quality.

EGW makes some good affordable rails, depending on the cartridge you have in mind you may want to get a sloped rail. Rings, I have used, Burris Xtreme(Three Screw) with great results along with the Burris Z rings(?)that have the inserts which can be offset for additional elevation if needed. These are on 17-20lb 6mm benchrest rifles so you may want something stouter on larger calibers or gear you plan to throw around. These have served me well for prairie dog shooting out to 1000yds.

NM I saw it up top. Larue is great as well as several others. Spuhr is probably I've used.
