    Supressor questions

    Is having a suppressor that you can take the internals out of essential in your opinion? Most supressors I've looked at are solid. What's the life of those before fouling/dirt becomes an issue? How would they be cleaned? Thanks.

    My first 2 are still in jail. I think the only ones that need to be broken down are the 22 suppressors. That is why the other cans are solid. I am interested in what other people say as well.

      Generally speaking, this is true. .22LR is just so dirty compared to center fire rounds.

      OP, it is not necessary to have a center fire can that breaks down for cleaning.

        I've cleaned by center fire suppressors with a ultra sonic cleaner. 22cans are built to be disassembled because they foul easily from the lead bullets
